What we collect
When you send a brief, we receive what you enter in the form: your name, company, email address, phone number and job details, plus any file you attach. We also receive your details if you call, email or message us on WhatsApp.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to your brief, price the work and carry it out if you go ahead. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and taking steps towards a contract where you ask us for one. We don't sell your details or use the form to add you to a mailing list.
Who handles it for us
- Hostinger hosts this website and processes the form when you send it.
- Google provides our email, where your brief is delivered and kept. Pages on this site also load their fonts from Google, which means your device's internet address is shared with Google.
- WhatsApp (Meta) handles any message you choose to send us that way.
- Our accountants may see details that become part of our business records.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your brief and any follow-up work. Where work goes ahead, we keep business records for as long as the law requires.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them, by emailing us. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
