What our retail teams do
Our teams carry out the hands-on work behind retail campaigns: POS and display installs, merchandising and resets, stock counts, and store set-ups and removals. They work in single stores and across multi-store programmes.
You send the brief and we run the team. That covers who goes to which store, when they go, and what comes back to you afterwards.
Why it isn't recruitment
We're a subcontractor, not a recruitment agency. You don't take on or manage temporary staff. You give us a job, and we deliver it with our own team and our own supervision.
How we set up a team
We match the size of the crew to the stores, the workload and the visit windows. Larger jobs get a supervisor on site, and we can give you team names in advance where a store needs them for access.
For bigger campaigns away from London and the South East, we add area crews so the work stays close to the stores.
Hours we cover
Daytime, evenings, overnight and weekends, depending on what the store allows. Much of our work happens while stores are closed or quiet, so they can keep trading as normal.
